To date we have only shown pictures of the outside of the building, but there has been a great deal of work going on in the inside, too. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing are chasing each other up to level four and we have started the steel stair installation at the west end of the building. The roof will remain open until all stair steel is installed.

We are starting to dry in the building with waterproof membrane on the roof and Tyvek on the walls. The windows are being installed on the east and north elevations and we're dropping in the steel stairs with the crane through the roof on the west side this week. We'll button up the roof framing by the end of the month.

The roof sheathing is moving along at a good clip and should be completed soon. The metal panel roof installers are preparing the roof for insulation by installing the waterproof protection (see black strips at the ridge line). Eventually the entire roof will be covered in the black, waterproof material. The crews are installing the Tyvek paper on the face of the building and the first windows have been installed.

Fourth floor walls were installed over the holiday break and trusses arrived on New Year's Eve. The first trusses were in the air on January 2 and the framers are moving forward. The picture shows part one of two trusses, the upper part makes the steep peak. Roof sheathing starts in the next few weeks.
